Ordering and Delivery
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
The average delivery time is 5-10 business days. This is because our products are shipped to you directly from the supplier. This Unique business model allows us to save tremendously on storage and transportation costs and allows us to offer the products at a lower price than the concurrent ones and take care of the shipping costs.

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within full shipment. Unfortunately, sometimes an order may be delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order on the “track your order” page. Have you not received anything 3 days after the scheduled shipment? Please contact us yourself via email.
From the moment your package has arrived at the mail order company, the Track and Trace information is available. Please note that there can be some delay in between. On average, you will see shipping updates 1-2 days after ordering.
If the track & trace indicates that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received anything, follow these steps:
1. Check your surroundings: See if the package may have been left with neighbors or in a safe place around your home.
2. Contact the delivery person: Sometimes delivery people provide additional information or a photo of the pickup/delivery location. Check this in your track & trace.
3. Contact our customer service: If you cannot find the package, please contact our customer service immediately. We will start an investigation and make sure the problem is solved as soon as possible.
Shipping is completely FREE, we take it entirely at our own expense.
Returns
Every customer has the right to return their product within 30 days. View our return/refund/exchange policy here.
Once we have received and verified your returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days. The money will be refunded in the same way you paid. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Haven't received anything after 14 days? Please contact our customer service, we are happy to help you.
